A few different options, although burger was very basic and not very tasty. Bland fries. Good beer makes up for it! Keen to try other options

Vegan Sunday roast - Edit
The Collab is already vegan friendly, so of course they offer a vegan Sunday roast. It features a hearty plate of roast veg, cabbage and wellington with a ladle of vegan gravy. It’s a neat space with Signature (brand) craft beers on tap, and the staff are always so friendly and attentive. There’s lots of space to sit, though it was pretty busy on a Sunday—we made a reservation for midday, and I expect booking in advance is probably the best way to ensure you do get a seat.
