The only option was their vegan empanada plus non dairy milk for your beverages. The empanadas were at least good though. Took me a while

Best (only) vegan food at Panama airport - Edit
We were not really expecting much from the only company serving vegan food at Panama airport. But honestly we were pleasantly surprised. The empanada was made with soy mince which was a plus - good to get protein when I was expecting only veggies. It actually tasted good. If I’d have eaten this in a vegan cafe I would have been happy never mind in an airport coffee shop.

they were okay: do offer vegan empanada as well as vegan salad and have dairy free milk, but honestly empanada was salty and not really good. the salad looked good but too small for 14 dollars. they DONT OFFER THE VEGAN WRAP ANYMORE.

My potato empanada was very yummy and my soy cappuccino was delicious. Much better than Starbucks!
