We don’t get to Eugene often. Chose this place to give all vegan place the business. The wait was way too long.. almost an hour (talked with a local who said that long waits were the norm) the pictured /described salad was of mixed greens veggies and beans. I got a salad with a pile of spinach and a handful of veggies on top, no beans. with an unnatural looking colored dressing on the side (looked like grocery store take out salad. I probably would have sent it back but didn’t want to wait again. My husband got a bowl that was pretty good but oily. Requested dressings on the side but his was on the bowl. Because we are whole food plant based vegans, we rarely go out to eat so, again. Disappointing
