Didn't know vegan

When I called to ask for vegan pralines, the person on the other side of the line had no clue what vegan was. They do have 1 or 2 vegan labeled boxes with different chocolates though. I tried them all but found them too excentric. It's a pitty they don't offer 'normal' vegan chocolate as well.
