Excellent food & drinks served by very friendly staff - Edit
I had the Spicy Falafel which the employee who took my order suggested I have as a plate instead of a wrap so that I could control the amount of harissa in each bite. I also had the mixed pomegranate-orange juice. Everything was delicious and you could taste that the falafels had been cooked to order. After finishing I ordered a homemade lemonade which was also delicious and very refreshing on yet another hot and humid October day. As other reviewers have reported, this place no longer serves any meat; I photographed the menu for others to see it.

We had vegan falafel wrap and falafel on a plate (came back twice). Fresh salad ingredients in both and yummy falafels 😋

It's a small restaurant with few small tables outside. The woman behind the counter was super nice and we both had a Falafel wrap which was tasty and filling. We'd def come back.

Best Raki & proper Cretan welcome in Herakleion - Edit
Well, somehow the Greeks have managed to produce some utterly phenomenal Falafel places and this is up there. Apart from being a co-op what sold this place to me was the staff. They were absolutely hilarious, and so friendly. They claimed their English wasn't good, but it was better than my Greek and they made us feel so welcome.

The Raki was the tastiest I've had in all of Crete.
Can't recommend it enough. I'd give it 5 stars as there was no meat here. Seemed Veggie/Vegan to me

Great menu with lots of options, as well as a create your own option which we did. Food was made fresh with delicious fresh ingredients. I have allergies which can be difficult when travelling abroad but the staff we so helpful and made me feel safe, double checking everything. Would definitely recommend!

Very charming place that uses organic and seasonal ingredients in their dishes. Basically a part from the yogurt sauce everything else is vegan. You can order a falafel platter and pick the other ingredients from the buffet.

We had the falafel plate which consisted of salad, pita bread and falafel with Hummus. It was tasty although the falafel were a bit too crunchy in some parts.

I had tomato chutney, a cous cous salad, houmous and red cabbage - all of which were fantastic and paired really well with the falafels and pita.
Also had a glass of the homemade lemonade which was so refreshing!
Would return again.

This place was so tasty we went back for dinner later in the evening. 5 euro for a plate with falafel, pita, and 4 toppings. The lemonade was also superb. All of the toppings/side salads were vegan besides the tzatziki. Super friendly and helpful staff, and a cute outdoor eating area a quick walk from the Venetian fortress.

The falafels are really tasty but the rest was a bit blend to be honest (except for the mustard which is amazing), I was a bit disappointed. Be aware that at the moment it is only to take away.

Stopped by here whilst waiting for the ferry to Athens - so cheap and such delicious food. I paid €5 for a falafel plate which had a pita, falafels, hummus, 2 salads and a mustard sauce. It was so good - highly recommend.
