I REALLY wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, it took an hour to get a bagel with a bit of salad on the side, we just waited patiently but there was no explanation or apology either. Other tables waited ages too. When it arrived, the bagel had been stacked up and clearly the topping was put on after it was stacked so only the top half and a small bit of the bottom half of the bagel actually had topping, the rest was just dry. Aside from the dry bits, it tasted OK but nothing outstanding. There were lots of members of staff on, but not in the kitchen, and so they were just standing around behind the bar area a lot of the time.
