A few vegan options, but they were good

The white bean and sweet potato burger was really good. Big pub serves, also a yummy roast veggie salad. Not sure about the drinks, but sitting outside was really nice on a summer evening. Friendly staff, relaxed place. #Veganuary

Great atmosphere

Warm fireplace in winter. Sunny outdoor beer garden. Friendly staff and good vibes. I come here every time I go to Castlemaine and I always have a great time. This is one of my favourite pubs. And it is my favourite pub in this area.

Pros: Cute pub, Friendly, chill atmosphere

Cons: Need more vegan options, Serves meat

Yummy but expensive

We had the noodles, the corn on the cob and the greens and mushrooms
It was delicious food but overpriced in my opinion
Also note that we ordered the corn which is labeled as vegan on the menu, it came out with Parmesan on it which we didn’t realise until after having a bite as we trusted the pub to correctly label their menu. Very disconcerting as a vegan! So if you order this make sure to stipulate you’re vegan. They were very apologetic and we decided to just get a refund instead of wait for a new one as the service was quite slow for a quiet Sunday and we didn’t want to wait.
The atmosphere at this venue was amazing! There was funky jazz music playing and a roaring fire in the corner. Great set up and vibe!

Pros: Vegan options, Yummy and creative food

Cons: Expensive, Food came out with cheese on it when vegan label

Lovely country pub

I'd definitely visit again. Decent vegan options, friendly staff and great vibe.
I had the BBQ tofu with vegies and tumeric, coconut rice. It was delightful and beautifully presented.
The Bridge is dog friendly, with a courtyard out the back, and delightful when the fire is lit inside.
