It's 2024...No Vegan Food Options?!

I stopped in here before boarding the train in Albuquerque, primarily because they were close to the train station, and I needed my caffeine fix 😁
Was also scoping out possible carry-out candidates for the next leg of my trip. I found none here. At least the coffee was good.

Pros: Great coffee, Bohemian, artsy vibe, Indoor/outdoor seating

Albuquerque is a little tough, or at least I found it to be so when I was last there about five years ago. If you get a chance to try a Flying Star (there are several) I find that place really cute and fun.

@McMallory thanks, I'd actually passed through one of those my first evening in ABQ. Didn't think much of it TBH.

Too bad! Maybe things have gone downhill since I was last there but when I was in my 20s that was my go-to hangout the summer I lived in Abq. I hope the rest of the trip improves food-wise!

@McMallory most of this 30-day journey, which is soon drawing to a close, has been fantastic, food-wise, and otherwise (see San Diego, for example.)

Quality roast + oat/almond/soy milk (walk from Amtrak)

Very friendly folks, has three types of milks that are plant based! Good espresso too!

Pros: Three kinds of milk: almond, soy and oat , High quality coffee, Tables inside and outside, friendly!

Cons: No coconut milk, No vegan options spotted(perhaps a tempeh sand...)
