Questionable

They have a vegan section on their menu with 3 options. I got the veggie pita and it was so awkwardly wrapped everything fell apart as soon as you tried to get into it. I also found a tiny bit of ?sausage that I asked my friend to try. Very expensive for what you got.

Satisfactory

Went here for breakfast, and there were basically no vegan breakfast options. The staff were very accommodating however, and made me a vegan sandwich with hummus and veggies. It was very good, but a very small serving compared to other breakfast options. All their bread is vegan. My chai coffee with almond milk was delicious. Happy they were very helpful but I wouldn't go here again.

Pros: Very helpful and accommodating

Cons: Very little vegan options

The Paleo Bar

I second the Paleo Bar! It was a slice of healthy heaven and I couldn't believe there was no added sugar (it was just that good!). They have lots of salad options and things can be made but nothing labelled as vegan (but suuure they label gluten free stuff -- sorry this is my pet peeve. I'm jealous of the attention for labels that gluten free people get. Please just give us one thing!). Because of this, I usually decide not get lunch there and just stick to almond milk lattes or or an almond milk matcha latte. The one in Pandosy is a great location and cozy space, but be warned, they have a smaller menu than the downtown location.

Pros: Nice space, Vegan paleo bar, Almond milk drinks

Cons: No vegan labels

A really nice treat

There were a few things I wanted to try but I ended up getting this really great grilled sandwhich with roasted sweet potato, fennel, arugula and with balsamic vinegar and oil. Oh my goodness it was so good! They also had a vegan lentil soup which was pretty awesome.

For something sweet, their paleo bars are truly wonderful. They kinda tasted like shortbreat cookies. They are help together mostly by coconut oil so you'll wanna eat them right away or keep them somewhere cool on a hot day.

Pros: Veggie options can easily be made vegan, fresh and tasty

Cons: Could have more full on vegan options
