Pre-match meal with a good (but meat eating) uni mate of mine who had come down for the day. I had one of their infamous hanging kebabs (mixed veg and vegan kofta) which was served with chunky fries and garlic oil to drizzle). Bit of a gimmick but tasty enough. Quite pricey at nearly £18!! Not somewhere I’d ever return to but we left with a smile on our faces.

Lovely Sunday dinner - Edit
I visited before a show at Sunderland Empire on Sunday. I had the vegan Mushroom bourguignon Pie and the Vegan raspberry cheesecake for dessert. I found the food very tasty, great options for vegans and something different. I should reccomend what I had, it came with veg, potatoes and lively gravy. Very friendly and attentive staff.
