Wonderful food & setting - Edit
The food I had was the mushroom and onion layered pie with chunky chips and broccoli...so delicious and hearty. The battered cauliflower starter was also lovely. There is quite a substantial vegan menu. A real gem. Friendly and attentive staff.

Fantastic Vegan Food - Edit
Visited with friends for dinner to try the vegan menu which has great choices. The food is well cooked, good sized portions, satisfying and delicious. We had the jackfruit, cauliflower, celeriac soup, two burgers, sweet potato curry and mushroom pudding then chocolate brownie and citrus affogato. We could not fault the food. Had a chat with the landlady who is vegetarian who said the vegan menu was going well which is great news. Also has plant milks and vegan wines.
