Tasty Korean Food - Edit
Social enterprise employing special needs staff. One of the few places to get (allium-free) vegetarian Korean food in Singapore! Vegan options are clearly indicated. There is more emphasis on natural ingredients rather than mock meat. Non-veg companions I’ve brought all enjoyed the food. Highly recommend the Kimchi Bulgogi Gamja Twigim, Kimchi Mandu, Odeng Bokkeum, and Savoury Sweet Shiitake & King Oyster Mushrooms. They’ve recently refreshed the menu with several new dishes being introduced too, including Jeonju-style Mul (Water) Jajangmyeon which I found interesting. Hope the menu can continue to be expanded with more regional specialties, as well as more temple-style cuisine! Also hope the egg and dairy can be replaced with vegan alternatives. Beautiful interior design after the renovation. No GST or service charge. Few minutes' walk from Tai Seng MRT Exit A! Btw the sister outlet Daehwa Vegetarian at One North has a similar menu but also some dishes exclusive to that outlet, so both branches are worth visiting~

Authentic Korean Vegetarian Food in Singapore - Edit
The restaurant is very well designed with Korea vibes, they also have seats that are on the floor, which makes it feel like the ones you saw in Korean drama. However, if you are bringing elderly to this place, I won't recommend you going for the floor seats. Will be more convenient to take the normal seats.
Read moreFor the food served in this restaurant, it is superb! I will recommend you to get a hotpot if you have a large group of friends visiting this place. Steam Egg is a must order, and kimbap as well. Soondubu jjigae is my favourite, I will usually order it together with kimbap to eat them together.
Overall nice vibes and good food!

Not the best experience - Edit
I think I tried being cute trying Soondubu Jjigae and unfortunately as someone who can't handle spice it was not so fun and that's completely on me. Maybe I should have tried something else that was not too spicy. However, I had bit of a frustrating experience when paying. I didn't realize this place didn't accept foreign credit cards. I had to get cash from the nearest ATM. I wish an establishment like theirs had a POS system that accepted foreign cards. It was a standard visa card which I was using all over Singapore. And, there is no restroom for customers. Also got charged S$.50 for a glass of water. Idk if this is the norm, but all these threw me off there. Unfortunately I can't rate higher due to poor experience but I'm sure most of their food is amazing! If I'm ever back in Singapore I'll give this place a second go.

One of the best in Singapore. - Edit
Boneless Kitchen is one of the highlights of my trip to Singapore. Despite being quite busy, they kindly accommodated us and even let us move tables when it got a little quieter. We shared five dishes and also received complimentary pickles, which they generously offered to refill.
Read moreWe enjoyed Toppokki and its fried version, Tteokkochi, both featuring a delicious spicy yet sour sauce. The bean curd dish and the fried mushroom dish were fabulous, and being a bit greedy, we also had a pancake on the side. The kimchi and pickles were fantastic.
This restaurant not only serves incredible food but also has a commendable social stance. If you visit Singapore, I can’t recommend Boneless Kitchen enough.

Love the dolsot bibimbap! - Edit
Have been to Boneless Kitchen multiple times, but what I keep coming back to is the hot stone bibimbap. Filled with a plethora of veggies - red cabbage, bean sprouts, mushrooms, spinach and carrots and a fried egg on top, it’s a delight to look at and eat.
Read moreIf you don’t take away and eat there, you also get potatoes, kimchi etc as sides.
Would also recommend the sundubu jigae! It’s delicious.

Excellent food at great value - Edit
The speed at which the food was served was most impressive after the order was placed. There was no lag time and all dishes were served one after another.
Read moreThe portions were pretty substantial (especially for the japchae) and there was little difference between the meatless version and meat version served at regular Korean restaurants. This is especially so for the army stew which has vegetarian hotdogs and luncheon meat in it. I like the crispy rice at the bottom of the bibimbap stone bowl and the Kimbap. The vegetable pancake was a little disappointing though as there seems to be more flour than vegetable. The tteokbokki was ok, should have ordered ‘fish cake’ to be served together instead.
Overall, it was a satisfying meal!

Good - Edit
Super cool to see a vegetarian Korean restaurant. Vegan options for many items. Staff were accommodating, the Japchae was great (and a big portion too) and the Doenjang Jigae was good. The kimchi was not great. Prices are reasonable. I like that by eating here you are supporting a restaurant that hires people with disabilities. I would definitely visit again.
