Vegan all you can eat platter

The all you can eat vegetarian feast is also vegan, as is the injera (bread) and the timatim salata (salad). I enjoyed the variety and unique flavors.

Of note, the feast is served family style with all the veggie dishes on a large plate to share from. I hadn't realized that, but I'm a huge germaphobe and am not cool with sharing. I panicked at first, but I asked the waiter for a plate of my own and he was happy to accommodate.

Will be returning!

Perfect injera & never ending servings🔥

I haven’t been to this location in a while but I remembered that it was pretty good, so I tried it again. Everything was great. I have no problems with anything happening here. The service and food were great. They also have lots of beverage options.
My friend and I had the Vegetarian ( actually Vegan) feast that comes with five or six different small dishes to eat with Injera. Because you can get free refills of the dishes and injera They kept feeding me and feeding me and I kept eating 😂 which was perfect because I went hungry on purpose. 🤤😋

So I thought this place was pricey for what they were serving (lentils, basically?), but didn't realize they'd keep filling your plate! Good to know, thanks!

Can’t go wrong!

Blue Nile was one of the first places I ate when I went vegan 20 years ago. Options are a lot more plentiful now, but you can’t beat the experience! The food is also consistently good and there’s enough variety for anyone. As a plus, we had no problem getting a table on a Saturday night and the price is very reasonable

Awesome Ethiopian Restaurant

All you can eat vegetarian feast (that is in fact vegan). Great way to be able to try out several Ethiopian dishes. It’s hands on eating - if you didn’t know, you eat with your hands by tearing off a piece of injera, using it to grab some food, and eating it. I actually loved doing this because it kept my fiancé and I off our phones. I found a few new favorites, and would love to come back again!

Excellent and fun with a group

There are some meat items on the menu, but large majority are vegan. Delicious and unique as you share your meals with your friends.

Unique foods and dining experience.

The Blue Nile has unique Ethiopian food served family style. The Vegetarian feast (mostly vegan) consists of a wide variety of dishes together with bread for dipping. Nice place for date night or a family meal as long as all members of your party are somewhat adventuresome and seem like they would generally enjoy the food -- as there are not many other options.

Pros: Unique Ethiopian Fare, Unlimited servings, Fun to share and eat family style

Cons: Very limited menu

Great vegan food at the blue Nile in Ann Arbor

I had the all you can eat vegetarian meal which is actually vegan. It was super tasty. Fresh food. You get a couple different small portions of lentils, potatoes, cabbage, spinach etc. It really filled me up. They brought new bread all the time. Very nice staff too. And check out the ice tea. It's home made and has some cinnamon in it. I will come back!

Vegan Buffet

There are two ways to eat here: you either order meat or vegetarian. After ordering, you are served unlimited amounts of the dishes, which are more like dips. The food is so good! Be careful not to fill up on the Injera (bread), which is served in place of silverware.

Pros: Delicious, Unique Experience, Vegan!

Cons: Pricey
