Meh, not many options, and expensive AF - Edit
An Omni friend picked this place because they have options for both of us. They had only one item on the menu marked vegan. My server said anything could be made vegan which was clearly wrong based on their menu and eroded my confidence.
Read moreI had the french bread snack veganized, fried brussel sprouts veganized, and the southern vegan cassoulet. The bread was fresh baked which was nice but it was nothing like any french bread that I've ever had. It tasted like a heavily processed Pillsbury bread in a can product. They brought the dairy based sauce for the veganized brussel sprouts out on the side but placed inside the serving bowl. They clearly don't fully understand what vegan means here. The cassoulet was bland and should have been served over something like rice, bread, or something else. It felt like eating half an entree.
On top of a lackluster at best experience the place is expensive AF charging high prices for small dishes. I don't mind that when the quality is there but they didn't even come close to delivering that kind of quality.
Pros: A clearly marked vegan option
Cons: Quality isn't there, Don't fully understand how to veganize, Expensive

Only 2 vegan entrees - Edit
I was very disappointed they had a vegetarian wellington made with filo dough that could have easily been vegan but they brushed it with egg (or something to that effect) and it was premade so could not be removed. That left only two vegan entrees when I was there for Memorial Day Weekend 2023 and it was a mushroom risotto and a cassoulet. The cassoulet was good but the mushroom risotto tasted like it was made with a vanilla-flavored soy milk, giving it that weird off-taste. This is not a place that would be attractive to vegans.

Just 2 vegan dishes - Edit
We came here with some friends that are omnis and we order their only vegan option which is roasted seasonal vegetables with some kind of Crockett made out of Dough and beans and the second veganized option was a mushroom risotto. Both were subpar and I would never come back here to eat there. We got a couple of appetizer and those were really good. We got olives and roasted vegetables and beans. Those were very good and sadly better than the entries. Will not come again unless my friends really want to
