I reached out to this business on Instagram after seeing some photos of their vegan options on here on a recent trip to Southampton. I’m a social media influencer, and offered them a collaboration of services as many do. Many influencers ask for money for this understandably, but I didn’t. It would have been a pure exchange of food for content and coverage to over 22,000 followers. They were so rude to me and told me to do better and to stop sponging off people and businesses. They were so rude when informing me that they were now permanently closed, something that wasn’t mentioned on happy cow or Google at the time. I’m not sure if it’s he owners themselves who operate their social media but they need to have a word with whoever is if not. Influencers can positively impact small businesses like this and are always open to constructive criticism, but the way they spoke to me was purely disgusting.
