Astoundingly good vegan burger

The lentil burger is the second best I have tasted in Mexico. The patty itself is probably the best but the garnish wasn’t quite as good as the one I had in Mexico City. Overall though it was soooo good.

I met the chef as we we’re leaving and she mentioned that she had spent a lot of time perfecting the recipe-and it shows.

I’m looking forward to going back to try the eggplant dish.
