Yummy options

Really impressed with the meal I had here!
Super friendly, inviting pub with fab staff.
I had the panang curry followed by the chocolate brownie and they even came back to the table to say they had vegan ice cream and did I want that with my brownie!
Food was delicious and really well priced!

Smart country pub with extensive menu offering good vegan selection

The Bell is a smart country pub with a large dining area. There is an extensive menu catering for all tastes, mainly British ursine but with lots of specs curries, sizzler dishes as well.
Although the menu is predominant meat fish based there is a vegan vegetarian section, and GF options available too. The waiter explained many of the dishes on the main menu could be tweaked to accommodate vegan tastes as well
I had the mushroom, pepper and tofu sizzler it was excellent beautifully presented and a very generous portion size. I had option to have half rice, half chips but I choose just rice. The rest of my group ate from main menu and everyone delighted, with food and service.

Pros: Smart clean dining area, Generous portion size, Server happy to discuss options

Cons: Couple of steps within building, Would have liked better salad option, too plain
