Vegan degustation in Bathers Pavilion, Mosman

The dishes were elegant, clean, and refined, showcasing the care taken in their preparation. As someone who loves dining out, I found this meal to be a delightful and fresh experience. The food was clearly healthy, featuring a generous focus on vegetables and grains. For vegan options, I had to call up beforehand and they accommodate it to me. for breakfast they only have one vegan dish, sticky brown rice with mango and coconut cream.. way too sweat i couldn’t even eat half. would not go there again. for the price it really wasn’t worth it.

Pros: nice view

Vegan Menu - just ask

Once you ask for the vegan menu you will be genuinely delighted. This is high end vegan. The polenta is my favorite dish.
I love the variety.
My two comments would be they dont identify vegan wines and I find this so frustrating in many restaurants.
They also have a very uninspiring dessert , something I always want and think is so easy to supply. I would have loved a salted caramel coconut ice cream over the crumble anyday .

Pros: Great savoury high end dishes , Good variety

Cons: Wish they listed vegan wine. , Dessert disappointing
