Delicious vegan roast - Edit
I had the most amazing vegan nut roast roast here yesterday. They included a Yorkshire pudding and a cauliflower ‘cheese’. I was blown away as never had these items before in a roast dinner. Definitely the best vegan roast dinner I’ve ever had in a pub or restaurant. The service was also amazing.

Lovely location, staff and atmosphere, but go somewhere else if you’re eating! One vegan dish that tasted like over cooked packet microwave rice with slightly seasoned tofu… unfortunately dry and tasteless.

Beautiful location & views. Several vegan options available even with a reduced menu (due to Covid). Food was great, especially the rice pudding-style dessert. They had soya milk for coffees.

Cosy country pub - Edit
So nice to have a country pub surrounded by loads of great walks. They have a vegan nut roast option on their menu; and I’ve been told also a mushroom wellington which I am yet to try.. however the nut roast is unreal and always a generous serving. The veg options seem to change each time we come here which is sometimes disappointing especially when craving something.. but all round I’ve never had issues with the food; so filling and tasty!
