Kind of disappointing - Edit
Had high hopes. Lovely place, nice staff, lots of clearly marked vegan options, but our food wasn't good. We had cauliflower and pulled jackfruit burger. Big portions but cold, mushy, and bland. We couldn't finish it.
Read moreWe were eating quite late, just before kitchen closing, so maybe we just got cold stuff left over from the day.
Every 30k nasi goreng or fried noodle I've had from a random warung has been much nicer.
Pros: Decor, Staff, Lots of options
Cons: Bland, cold

Lovely decor and staff, and great food! - Edit
The place was so cute inside. I ordered the Vietnamese spring rolls (which are rice paper rolls), and the cauliflower buffalo wings. The rice paper rolls were pretty standard, just tasted like ones I would make for myself, but I really loved the cauliflower buffalo wings with the vegan ranch. The sauce was delicious! I also had a bite of the hubbys jackfruit sandwhich which was delicious and light! I also purchased the caramel cupcake for later on and let’s just say that didn’t last long!

Taste and service - Edit
On our final night at Gili T we felt like a change from warungs/local indo food. We knew this place was vegan friendly. Half the menu is vegetarian and half vegan.
Read moreI had the pulled pork sandwich. I was looking for something simple and with texture and it hit the mark. It came with a side of chips too. Serving size is pretty generous on this one.
My wife (the best) and I also shared the rice paper rolls (please note the menu calls them spring rolls) and buffalo wings. He made the chocolate smoothie vegan by removing the yogurt.
Service was soooo cheerful and nice, just a pleasure to sit here and enjoy a lazy slow meal after a full day snorkeling.
Thankyou😄Ps they have a few vegan sweets downstairs.

A little disappointed - Edit
Nice outside and indoor seating. Many vegan options even though it could be more considering it is a vegetarian restaurant. My partner had the daal which I absolutely recommend. It was delicious. I had ramen. The noodles were not ramen noodles and they were over cooked. The ramen itself tasted funny, somewhat sour. Me and my partner both didn’t like it. Buffalo wings were great.

So many vegan breakfast options! We loved it here, highly recommended their oatmeal and blueberry pancakes. We also had oat flat whites which were okay.

Room for improvement, but good options - Edit
Vegetarian restaurant with nice seatings and vegan menu options. Although my expectations were high, I feel like the price is not really worth it.
Read moreI tried the Vegan Pulled p*rk sandwich. Which was nice, but needs more taste, different bread and more fries. Gave the feedback to them about the bread not being the nicest and they just defended themselves and didn’t take my feedback as a customer.😅 The other day I tried the Buddha bowl. It was nice, but quite dry, sauce the same as the sandwich and I literally got two pieces of tofu.🤣 Come on, how do you serve that? I asked about it and they didn’t gave me more, that’s it. You get two pieces. The staff is just doing their job but that’s it. Room for improvement.

¡Legumbres! - Edit
Fuimos para desayunar y para comer. Las opciones son interesantes, sobre todo en cuanto a ensaldas y para tomar legumbres que no sean soja. El trato es considerado. El lugar está muy pensado para Instagram, eso sí.

Nice food but not met expectations - Edit
Had some salads which were nice and the juice was good, but a bit expensive. Scrambled tofu was tasty. The smoothie bowl was really bad though - chunks of ice floating in it, very liquid with not much flavour. They forgot my order (although they didn’t admit this), and it took a very long time to come.

Smoothie bowl hit the spot - Edit
I’d been craving a smoothie bowl for awhile and the mixed berry bowl did not disappoint. Smoothie was a good consistency and the homemade grandma on top was banging. Ginger turmeric tea was lovely as well.

Very bad food - Edit
I had a mermaid smoothie bowl, scrambled tofu and spring rolls.
Read moreThe smoothie came without the toppings, it wasn’t even a bowl but a smoothie. The tofu was waaaay too salty, served with some old bread. And spring rolls… eatible.
Very dissatisfied, given the high prices.
Cappuccino with soy milk was nice.

Great spot, they have seats available outside and on the 2nd floor. I ordered a dip platter and it was quite good, but the hummus was a little weird. My friend ordered a sushi bowl and it looked amazing. Big portions! Lots of seating and many people with laptops.

Gili T doesn't have any vegan restaurants, so this was the best place you could go to to get vegan food. The Buddha bowl was delicious, the portion sizes and price were good 👍

Outstanding! - Edit
We were greeted at the door by a very friendly waiter and were offered a choice of seating: beach, courtyard, or our choice: upstairs in the air con!
Read moreThe menu was extensive and had something to cater to all tastes. I opted for the tofu peanut stir fry and my boyfriend got the mixed berry bowl (not vegan). We also shared the pancakes (cream not vegan).
The food was easily the best I've had in Indonesia so far!
A lot of reviews mention a long wait, so I wanted to share that alongside being the nicest food, it's also the fastest we've received food! Just a short walk from the ferry drop off point. We'll definitely eat here again! #Veganuary

I had the pulled jackfruit sandwich…

I can't fault it.

Just one thing!
I wouldn't have served it with a side of peanut sauce.
Peanut sauce isn't light enough to accompany sweet potato.
