Dry, canned fruit turnovers

Their choices were limited. I purchased a blueberry and an apple turnover. The first bite was dry and flavorless. I thought perhaps the filling would save the experience but was surprised to find both flavors tasted like canned filling. Syrupy and gross. Such a disappointment.
