Bad service - food was ok

We went to this restaurant because they are offering some vegan options and the interior looked nice.
Already at the beginning, while we arrived at the reception, the staff could initially not find our reservation.
Later, we ordered our drinks and food. And only 5’ after placing our order, I added some sweet potatoes fries to my meal, as I was afraid it would not be enough.
The drink came pretty fast (as usual) but we needed to wait for almost 1.5hour to get our meals served, after asking 2 times to different staff members to give us an update on our order. The 1st member completely disregard our request, while the 2nd at least went really to the kitchen.
And on top of that, I never got my sweet potatoes fries.
My tuna tataki looked really nice and also taste wise, it was pretty good and I enjoyed it. However, for sure, taking this as your main, would not suffice.
Overall dinner experience was questionable and we are not very kind to go back soon.
