Tasty home cooked vegan food in a busy shopping centre - Edit
I eat here about once a fortnight and have done since it opened. It's no longer fully vegan as he wasn't making enough money to stay open, but about 2/3 of it is. It's great supporting a small business as there is so little in MK. The owner is friendly and will chat away to customers while making the food, but there are also some premade dishes if you are in a hurry. They also have stalls at local events too.

Read moreWe had four different dishes with Jollof rice and fried plantain (we were allowed to get half and half of the different mains). We had an aubergine, potato and pepper stew, a butter bean and mango curry, a black eyed bean stew and a sweet potato, mushroom and pepper curry. They were all so flavourful and comforting & very filing. We waited a while for the food to be ready and normally I can become quite impatient but I didn’t feel that way chatting away to Yaw about all kinds of things. He’s very engaging, warm and funny and we even got some poetry with our food. All in all, perfect!

Really enjoyed this food. I ordered the butter bean and mango curry. Service was great! Nice to support a independent business. They also let me have a taste of the aubergine stew which was also delicious! I will definitely be back!

Yaw was so welcoming and friendly! The food was also so delicious, me and my partner tried a different curry each and the jollof rice as well as the fried plantain was incredible.
