Take Lovely Drive - Edit
Not much in Payson, so might as well take a lovely drive and have a microbrew at same time. Remove cheese and many menu items can be vegan.
Read moreCranberry pecan salad minus cheese is really good, although lettuce could have been prepared smaller. Portobello sandwich is also a good option. The wasabi sauce for the fried green beans has mayo, so substituted with barbecue sauce. 
Worth the drive. Both inside and outside seating.
Pros: Staff / location , Minus cheese and can get good meal
Cons: Nothing vegan specific, Lettuce could be chopped more, Wasabi has mayo in it

Limited but decent vegan options - Edit
If you're in this neck if the woods, there aren't many vegan options. THAT brewery has a few salads that can be made vegan, and a vegan black bean burger, though the bun isn't vegan. The bartender knew what vegan meant and helped us modify our order so that was super helpful. The food was pretty good and my husband enjoyed the beers as well.
