Fair enough

Serves cơm suất daily. Located on the big street, near crowded residence and high school.

Pros: Cheap, Easy to find

I have eaten here daily for my first week in Haiphong. I found the vegetables limited to boiled carrots and boiled khol rabi sometimes green beans added. The rest of the buffet style menu is 'fake'foods. The white rice is cluggy. the 1st lunar moon buffet they served spring rolls both cook or raw style. I suspect they use msg as it was highly salty/and savoury.

Pros: it's vegan, open all day

Cons: limited vegetable dishes, no ala carte menu, fake this, fake that.. highly seasoned.
