Sunday Brunch

Was expecting more given all the hype but thoroughly enjoyed the vegan brunch consisting of spicy scrambled tofu, fried mushroom, onion pakora, bacon, sausages, spicy beans, a fried tomato and naan breads with a side of ketchup. Salt levels on red today. There were also a couple of beers from the Wylam Brewery on tap along with the regular more well known beers. Good place would like to have tried the regular street food curry menu but Sunday is brunches and sandwiches only.

Pros: Nice interior

Greasy Feed

Caters well for those with dietary restrictions. Options for vegan/gf/nut free combos. We had the standard vegan thali for £14 each. Curries were aubergine & potato each. Accepts walk ins. Quite greasy tho.

Pros: Catered well for vegans, Good portion size, Fast service

Cons: Too much oil

Delicious vegan tray of Indian food

Lovely venue and very filling trays of food, with vegan option containing two curries - chickpea and mushroom/spinach plus puri unleavened bread. Nice choice of gins and beers too.

Limited but a good option

I loved being able to eat all of the dips served with papadams.
The vegan tray (Punjabi Thali) consisted of a mushroom and spinach dish, a chickpea dish, puri bread, rice and salad.
Both curries were flavourful and naturally vegan as opposed to when things are swapped in or out.

Pros: Flavourful food, Staff were informed when I asked about vegan food, Reasonably priced

Cons: Limited menu
