They have an amazing cabbage soup and I had the tofu with vegetables, lunch special that had a delightful garlic sauce. Wonderful, vegan options.

Variety of options, knowledgeable staff - Edit
Several items could be made vegan. Lunch specials are a good deal and staff were able to point out suitable items. We enjoyed the stir fry dishes wet got.

A serviceable road trip pit stop. Vegans can manage a good meal with some thorough and patient communication: be sure to specify no egg, no fish sauce, no oyster sauce, no shrimp paste, and no honey.

Take-out packaging is excessive and non-recyclable, so consider either dining in or using your own takeaway containers.

We have eaten here twice driving through. The soups are great. The spring rolls are a bit boring, but the sauce is good.
