Vegan thai no way

Went to a nearby thai place across the road. They claimed "oyster sauce was essential to the dish." went across the way and got basically exactly the same thing over at thai smile and they took out the fish and oyster sauce. They completely understood and I was left happy with my thai basil fried rice with tofu. They took no time at all and was done in 10 Mins. Would recommend for a classic thai cuisine. No frills. Had the spring rolls too. They were tinier than I expected! But still filling!
