typical thai food

This place serves thaifood like known in lost European countries. suddently, that becomes the best option in a country that is not vegan friendly.

Always delicious and so many options!

I’ve been a regular at this place for more than a year now. They make delicious curries, pad Thais, fried rice, soups and so much more. For vegans, there’s plenty of options. I’ve tried their spring rolls, their soups, their fried noodles, their noodle soups, their red and green curries and a couple of their desserts. Just make sure to tell your waiter about making your dishes vegan and plenty of the ones in the menu can be made vegan. The prices are affordable. A meal for two people including starters, mains, drinks and dessert could run you up to 30€.

Pros: Delicious, So many options, Affordable

It wasn't that good...

We ordered takeaway due to covid restrictions. We got spring rolls (these were good), rice (sticky weird texture for rice), pad Thai (the noodles were drenched in a sweet sauce and it tasted nothing like a pad Thai), Penang curry (this was okay) and a coconut based soup (the worst thing we ordered). When we opened the bag, something didn't smell right and we realized it was the soup. We tasted it and the flavour and smell resembled chicken stock. Unfortunately, we threw it out. The lady we ordered from was so nice and knew vegans didn't eat egg, fish sauce etc but I don't know if she realized what was going on in that soup. If it wasn't chicken stock, it was something else that was funky and neither of us were having it.

Having said all that, it's one of the few places offering Asian vegan options, so I commend them for that and give them an extra star ⭐

Not Bad!

Definitely have eaten better Pad Thai, but who am I to complain in a city with so few options. I appreciated that the server was on top of everything and had all the right questions (e.g., egg or no egg?). Lots of expats come here.

Pros: Tasty

Good food, bit pricey

Good tasting Thai food and very friendly staff. My curry didn't come with tofu, so you may have to ask. Expensive by Pristina standards but still quite reasonable overall - €13 for two cokes, a red curry, rice, and five spring rolls.

yummy Thai food, pricey for area

The food and service here were both great, the clientele were all foreign however since its unlikely a local could afford these prices. €6.50 for a veggie main, make sure you specify no egg. This is pricey since most other places we went mains were €3-€5. They claim to have tofu, but I am certain the bits in my pad Thai were soy cubes, not actual tofu. Not a huge deal, but I'm really not a fan of the texture of soy cubes. That was my only complaint though!

Pros: yummy food, great service , lovely atmosphere

Cons: expensive for region , soy cubes not tofu

Authentic & Friendly

Feels really thai , nice food, very friendly owner, vegetarian plates @ EUR 6.50. Limited choice however.

Pros: veg plates prepared without eggs upon request

Cons: compared to other restaurants, the process are rat

Fantastic!

I'm a long time user of happy cow reviews, but I finally joined as a member just so I could add this place. Excellent Thai food - one pad dish (wish I could remember the name) was the best I've had outside of Thailand. Hands down the best tofu I've had anywhere in the world EVER. The service is great and very accommodating. English, Albanian, Thai and probably some other languages spoken.

When I got so excited about the tofu, they showed me the dried kind they used - and when I couldnt find it at the supermarket, they sold me a package to take home with me.

Veggie meals are €6.50, which isn't cheap in Kosovo but seemed totally reasonable for the decent portion. Lovely outdoor seating as well!
Would give it 5 stars if I could, but happy cow only allows 5 stars for non-veg restaurants.
Highly recommended!

Pros: Very sensitive and accommodating to diet, Friendly and great service, Excellent food!
