A Thai Must-Try in Denver - Edit
I always look forward to my trips to Denver because it means I can visit Thai Pot Cafe. They have a great selection of vegan options, and the food is consistently delicious. I started with the Fresh Tofu Spring Roll as an appetizer, which had a satisfying crunch and came with a ridiculously good peanut sauce. For my main course, I had the vegan version of Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) with tofu. The portion was generous, the sauce was flavorful without being overpowering, and the noodles had a nice texture. Although I would have liked more Thai basil, the dish was still enjoyable. I couldn't resist trying the Mango & Sticky Rice dessert, which was a delightful in-house-made treat. Overall, my family and I had a great dining experience at Thai Pot Cafe, even though it was a bit pricey. It's definitely worth a visit.

My favorite Thai Restaurant in Denver - Edit
The old menu showed Vegan options, now you have to ask, but there are a LOT of Vegan and Vegetarian options. Good food. Fair prices. They are open to modifying dishes as well. They go from zero spice (Not on Curry dishes...) to off the scale.

The best of the best - Edit
Been looking for a new Thai spot after my favorite closed. Now that I’ve found this place, I can’t stay away. In a month I’ve gone like 5 times which is crazy for me. Almost everything is vegan upon request. The curries, pad Thai, fried rice, and desserts are on point! I’d give it a 5 star if HappyCow would let me.

Disappointed - Edit
We ordered pad Thai & panang curry. The curry was awesome! Spice was medium and perfect. The pad Thai was some of the worst we have ever had. I think they forgot to put the sauce on it? Dry and tasteless:(

Wonderful food - Edit
Would be a five star however they messed up my order and put egg in it. They were super understanding and apologetic, and when I did get my correct food, it was incredible. I got the pad Thai with veggies, it was the best vegan pad Thai I ever had. Overall I was very happy with my experience.

Great Options - Edit
After two visits, I am enjoying Thai Pot Cafe for healthy options and a large selection of vegan choices. Many sauces are very tasty and a lot lighter than I have had at previous restaurants. The spring rolls are awesome. Reasonably priced and good service. Been here a couple times now. The staff is friendly, familiar, yet polite. The food is outstanding, made from fresh ingredients, and the dishes all at or under $10.
