Wouldn’t recommend

Spice levels and flavour profiles the same across all dishes, sticky rice was crispy and sauces were watery. Odd ambiance and slow inattentive service. Some decent wine options, but I’m afraid we wouldn’t go back.

Pros: Nice vegan wine options

Cons: Watery sauces, Slow service

Tasty food, friendly staff

There was a good range of vegan options (mostly curries and stir-fries) with tofu and vegetables. I had the tofu skewers with peanut sauce and the Paenang curry with tofu and veg - both very tasty.
Unfortunately the staff brought out the wrong dish for me at first and it happened to be one with meat, but they were very understanding and the mistake was corrected quickly.
Menu a bit on the pricey side.

New favourite restaurant

Thai Orchid Battle is fantastic. Not only was the food excellent, there was a very wide vegan range of options and the menu was so clear as to what was vegan (including descriptions of how some dishes were tailored to be vegan). The drinks menu also specifies which wines are vegan which is rare, a very welcome addition.

Service was exemplary, they even checked the mint imperials with the bill were vegan-friendly.

We will definitely be back to try more of the menu, and will be recommending strongly to everyone.

Pros: Food, Choice, Service

Cons: N/A

Delicious and so many options

We were not disappointed. First time trying Thai food for the kids and they loved it. Good variety for vegan dishes and a separate vegan menu is available using their QR code. We are so much we ran out of room for desert, which is a shame as they have more than just the one vegan option.

Pros: Good vegan options, Large portions , Lovely atmosphere

Excellent staff and food

Staff went above and beyond and got us a table when very busy. Very attentive staff and great food. Would have like a bit of variety on how spicy, though we didn't ask directly.

Pros: Good vegan options, Helpful staff, Good value

Cons: Wish they had vegan spring rolls

Great Thai food

We've been going here for a long time. One of the staff there is vegan and apparently they don't use fish sauce.

There are loads of options for vegans, but be sure to specify just to double check.

They have quite a bit of space, but definitely make a reservation for Friday or Saturday as they can be incredibly busy.

Great food. Happy to do vegan options.

We had the lunch special and it was actually the best Thai I'd had for ages. The hostess was very accommodating and vegan was not a problem at all. Was just about to settle for fried chips when we came across it.
