Delicious Vegan Thai - Edit
Updating just to add that I got to visit again nearly a year later and this place is still amazing! The menu is clearly marked, staff was kind and knowledgeable, and the food was simply phenomenal.

Absolutely amazing spot with clearly marked vegan options and an amazing owner. We stopped in while visiting Chicago and will definitely be back for more!
Hands down the best vegan pad see ew I've ever had! The chive dumplings were simply heavenly and so was the Woonsen. I'm not sure you could go wrong with any of the dishes.
The owner was so kind and can make most things vegan. He was so excited to talk to us about vegan dishes and making sure we enjoyed everything.

Great Vegan Thai Options - Edit
Thai Neighbor is so good. Champ, the genius chef, is more than willing to accommodate vegans up and down the menu. Not only is he an amazing chef, but a real character. There is so much to love about Thai Neighbor. So glad it's our neighborhood Thai takeout place.

THE BEST THAI CURRY EVER - Edit
Little Thai place run by one hard working guy (he has some help now). He has clearly marked vegan items on his menu, but will also work with you to veganize pretty much anything. He even cleans his wok and stuff for vegan orders. (That being said, call in ahead of time, he opens at 4:30 pm).
