Okay Curry - Edit
I had the yellow curry, which is the only curry that is vegan. People need to be careful when they go to Asian restaurants because a lot of times they have fish or shrimp or oyster sauce in the curries so make sure to ask. I have found that the yellow curries always seem to be vegan. It was okay but I’ve had better. I would like to come back and try some other options

The most vegan options in one place in Logan, Utah - Edit
This is one of my favorite establishments to eat at. I haven't even been able to try all their vegan options. Many items are vegan but are not labeled as such. They are simply made this way. Other items have the option of omitting the meat or eggs and adding tofu or vegetables instead. They have vegan ice cream. It is made out of coconut milk. It is the only kind of ice cream they have. No dairy options for ice cream.
