The fresh, full flavored stir fried veggies & veggie curry dishes with tofu were yummy & real treat in a town otherwise limited to menus for a carnivore diet.
While there are not very many totally vegan options the ones they have are fantastic and its worth stopping and having a meal. The fried tofu, the pad thai and the Pak pak were delicious! It would be nice if they had more vegan dish options.
Stopped for a quick lunch. Really enjoyed the salad that came with the lunch specials. Small but delicious ginger dressing. Several tofu based dishes. Food was very fresh and tasty.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the restaurant was only offering carry-out as an option when we visited. When we called in our order, we were told that really none of their entrees are vegan. The person was friendly and knowledgeable and offered to make us a couple vegan entrees with tofu (one was fried rice). I think because they were removing the sauces, the food wasn’t really very flavorful (but healthy). Not sure if this staff person got it wrong or if they’ve made changes since other people posted their reviews, but make sure to double check!
We've literally eaten in Thai restaurants around the world (though sadly, haven't yet gotten to Thailand). As noted in other reviews, this restaurant was very cognizant of Vegan requirements. With only one opportunity to sample the menu we had, hands down, the best Massaman curry of any place EVER!!!!! How nice to be surprised by such a great dish in a Vegan desert such as Cortez.
Four of us ate here in September 2015, two vegetarian and two vegan, and we were very impressed by their understanding of our requirements and their willingness to accommodate our dietary needs. There were a lot of dishes we were able to choose or have adapted and, as is usual for us, we selected a few to share. When the food arrived we were all delighted by the quality and the taste. We had previously eaten in another restaurant nearby but found this one much better. On a second occasion we had our food to take-away and found it to be just as good. We would all recommend this restaurant to passing vegetarians and vegans.

Tasty Thai - Edit
Ask what can be made without fish sauce. The waitress understood our vegan requests. Good choice for a fairly small town.
