Fresh and Satisfying Meal - Edit
The staff was very helpful when I called and checked on what menu items were vegan. Most things can be made vegan, and they have a good understanding of what vegan means. Each meal is prepared when ordered and they have very substantial portion sizes. The food is fresh and delicious, and there is a good selection of menu items to choose from.

Good Filling Meal - Edit
We ordered vegetable fried rice with no egg and cashew chicken made with tofu. We asked that no egg or fish sauce be used, and the restaurant delivered. I would also request that they clean the grill first. The tofu was so crispy and delicious, and the veggies were abundant, varied, and clearly chopped fresh in the kitchen, as, between our two meals, we had multi-colored peppers, cabbage, carrots, squash, broccoli, mushrooms, onion, zucchini, pineapple and more. Awesome! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a leisurely meal freshly prepared and saw several people we knew getting takeout. My dish was enough for three so I will be eating cashew tofu for days. It was a positive experience, and we will definitely return!

"Best Pad Thai ever!" - Edit
"Best Pad Thai ever!" That's what the Pad Thai connoisseur (husband) said. Our orders seemed exceptionally large, and he had asked for too much heat (5 on a scale of 1 to 10 - menu says you're not a wimp even if you order a 2), so we needed to take the rest of it for a bonus meal for the next day! Thai Cafe of Jackson has knowledge for those with vegan and gluten free lifestyles to eat safely and have their Thai fix amid breathtaking photographs and lovely art of Thailand. We called and ordered ahead, confirming vegan and gluten free options by phone; we couldn't find a readable online menu. Calling ahead was advised by a previous reviewer, because of the time for individual dish prep, and we were served almost immediately upon arrival. We had an easy time getting off to the restaurant and back on Highway 40 to continue our trip. This is a good food stop for us, as we travel between Hot Springs, AR and Nashville area.

Every dish is prepared individually and from scratch.
They have a more traditional Asian style service (each dish is cooked and served individually) so expect a more leisurely meal, but one that is fresh and bursting with flavor.
They do offer call ahead and take out services if you’re in a hurry.
Everyone here is very lovely and accommodating. They will explain the menu and answer any questions you have.
I highly recommend them and they are one of my favorite restaurants in town.
