Serves meat, vegan options available. Japanese restaurant seves bento boxes, rice bowls, noodle bowls, salads, sushi rolls, and miso soup. Vegan choices may include veggie rice bowl (add tofu) and avo-cu sushi roll, vegetable specialty sushi roll and many others. Reported that they clean pans for every order so risk of cross-contamination is low. Open Mon-Sat 10:30am-8:30pm. Closed Sun.

Since 1994

I’ve had the Veggie Rice Bowl with tofu add-on, Veggie Tempura [batter is vegan, they showed me the ingredient list], Avo-Cu sushi roll, miso soup, and Vegetable Specialty Roll. The Specialty Rolls are Buy 1 get another 1/2 off. Delicious always since 1994. New ownership in the last couple years has only expanded the menu.

The noodles for the Noodle Bowls are NOT vegan.

Pros: Vegan options, Fast, Consistency of quality

Cons: Noodles are not vegan
