Worth exploring with so many vegan options

Wow, all of us were blown away by the flavours of this food, including the omnis.

You may need to 'google' some of the ingredients here, but that is what is so exciting; farofa crumbs, plantains, cassava, feijoada..anyone? All meals are generous serves.

The popcorn cassava (and the guava BBQ sauce) is so crunchy and delicious. The jackfruit burger was tasty, as was the creamy moqueca stew, and the la plancha was also amazing.

Lovely ambience (we were upstairs) including couch seating, warm and sound proofed. Staff were welcoming and friendly, online ordering available (where you can also filter by vegan). All vegan items are clearly marked on the printed menu also.

All the drinks are vegan, I enjoyed a lovely "Bicycle beer".

Pros: Delicious and unusual options

Casual brewpub with interesting and tasty vegan options

I've been going to Temple for a while...they changed over to a fun South American menu during lockdown last year, so there are a bunch more vegan options now.

The stews are yum but whatever you do, you must get the popcorn cassava with bbq guava sauce as a side. So delish and a change from boring chips.

All the beers (brewed in house) are vegan and the manager is vegan too so I always feel like I'm in safe hands when I go. They also told me they're about to open an upstairs bar with a fully vegan snack menu.

The all-you-can-eat feijoada banquet and live music on Wednesday nights is awesome too.

Pros: Generous servings, Vegan food cooked separately, All drinks are vegan

Cons: No vegan dessert
