Menu includes build your own enchiladas, tacos and nachos as well as fajitas, chips and guac, rice plates and more. Most of the menu is vegetarian but can be made vegan upon request (omit dairy). Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-8:30pm.

Vegan Options Available (sort of) - Edit
Online they have a vegetarian menu (items can presumably be made vegan by eliminating the dairy). But when we went into the restaurant for a take out order the printed menu did not include the vegetarian menu. We had to pull it up online and show it to the person taking our order, who had no familiarity with it and could not answer our questions. She had to get the manager to take our order. It was one of those situations where ordering was very difficult, and we felt unsure if our food was really vegan. The entrees was okay, the chips and salsa were excellent.

I loved the bean chimichanga! Soooo good and the tortilla was AMAZING!
Read moreThey don't just have a mix of the normal veggies when it comes to mixed veggie options. There was squash and zucchini and all kinds of good things!
Pros: Had a menu for vegetarians, Fast friendly service , Food was sooo good!
