Vegan Options but Poor Quality

I’ve had multiple bubble teas from Tealith now and I haven’t been impressed by the quality of their drinks. They’re very expensive for what they are. Their fruit and milk teas taste very artificial and watered down. Their tapioca also tastes really rubbery and has no flavour. The drink sizes are reasonable if you get a large and their menu is very extensive with lots of vegan options that are labelled online. When I visited the store though I couldn’t see clear labelling of vegan options so I asked the staff if one specific milk tea was vegan and he just said ‘ummm yeh’ and didn’t seem confident at all. Overall, I stopped buying bubble teas from here as I thought the quality was bad and the prices were too high.

Pros: Vegan options, Extensive menu

Cons: Expensive, Artificial tasting drinks and poor quality

Love this place! Clearly labelled which drinks and tea options are vegan. Friendly staff that were helpful too!
