Disappointed

Since the owner of Taza is related to Aladdin's we assumed that their food would be just as good. We were wrong. Quite bluntly, we were very disappointed. The hummus was okay, but not great like at Aladdin's, and the bread was dry. The falafel in my wife's meal was also dry, and there was an insufficient amount of hummus in my sandwich. This was our first family gathering in three years due to the pandemic, so we had high hopes. Despite the food, at least in our opinion, everyone had a great time. The staff, however, were outstanding. The hostess was most congenial in taking a family photo of all eight of us.
Next time we want good Lebanese food we'll go to Aladdin's, which we did the very next day.

Pros: Great staff

Cons: The food.

Pleasant and good options

Lebanese food is always pretty vegan friendly, their falafels are nice and the food is warm. The best part is the fresh pita. It’s very easy to modify lots of the items to be vegan. Would recommend

Pros: Easy to make vegan, Very nice staff

Cons: Expensive for kinda average food, They don’t wear masks

New favorite food

First time eating Lebanese food. Ordered the vegetarian appetizer, falafel salad without feta, and the grilled vegetables. It was so delicious. Went with my non vegan family who also loved it. The food came out super fast. Can’t wait to have the leftovers tomorrow night.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Delicious comfort food, Inexpensive

Cons: Bloating from all the chickpeas , No common American food option, Not everything is vegan

Delicious and welcoming :)

A great place to get together with friends to enjoy the patio when the weather is perfect! Love the crispy pita chips on the lentil soup, the fluffy bread and zatar, and the vegetarian feast - so delicious every time. Great staff, and open for pick up during Coronavirus. Most vegetarian items can be made/are made vegan

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Fluffy pita bread! , Variety for everyone

Bland

I went there with my Dad for dinner. We ordered the bean app.... the beans were over cooked and mushy to the point they could have been potentially from a can.
I then ordered the falafel wrap. I absolute love falafel but these were very dry and very bland. I ended up mainly focusing on the french fries.

Don’t miss the appetizers and soup

The mujadara is wonderful and comes with lots of crispy onions around the dish. The falafel and hummus wraps are solid, but often when I go, I end up getting a combination of appetizers and sides because they’re all so good. The warm bread and oil with zhatar that they bring out in the beginning is crave worthy. Ask them to bring them warm, even if you have to wait another few minutes for a fresh batch. The baba is far and away better than any other baba that I have ever had. It’s smoky and very flavorful and sometimes I just get that for takeout. The lentil soup comes with crispy pita and a lemon slice. The French fries are the best in the city, ironically. They put the zhatar spice on them also. The vegetarian sampler is big enough for two people to eat for a meal, and that’s often what my mother and I do when we go there. Don’t miss it!

Pros: Delicious food, Pretty atmosphere, Reasonable prices

Good food at decent prices

I went here on a business lunch with a fellow employee. I am vegetarian and he is "near" vegetarian. The parking around Eton Center is just terrible at lunch time, and most other times as well for that matter. Once we sorted out finding a parking spot, the restaurant is very nice inside.

They give you some nice pita bread and some seasoned oil to dip it into while look at the menu and wait for your entree.

The menu is pretty simple, I had the Falafel Rolled Pita and that came with VERY nicely seasoned french fries. My colleague got the Chicken Shawarma Rolled Pita. The both of us enjoyed our meals very much.

The server we had was decent, it was a pretty busy lunch crowd so I cannot complain too much. She refilled my water a few times, I didn't have to chase her down for that.

Overall, good food at a decent price - plenty of vegetarian options on the menu to be had. I will return here in the future.
