Serves meat, vegan options available. Traditional Greek taverna. Some appetizers (meze) are vegan or can be made vegan by leaving off feta cheese. There are also salads. Vegan items are labeled and the staff is helpful.

A must visit! - Edit
A beautiful, family run, traditional taverna that’s well worth the trip. Wonderfully passionate and knowledgable staff who produce delicious food. We had the spicy chickpeas, okra and butter beans from the mezze menu and everything was super tasty. They apparently usually have a vegan dessert too however unfortunately they had run out on the evening we visited.

Delicious! - Edit
Really great restaurant, various vegan dishes, or other dishes that could be made vegan. The eggplant salad was one of the most tastiest things I’ve eaten ever. Chickpeas and stuffed peppers/tomatoes also very nice.

Awesome - Edit
We found this gem a couple of days before our departure. It doesn't seem a very big place from the outside, but when you go in it really is a comforting place. We were quite happy, that the vegan dishes were clearly marked. The chef comes out with a big platter of appetizers, from which you can choose whatever you'd like. Although it had meat dishes on it as well, they will happily explain what is already vegan or what they can make you in a vegan version.
Read moreThe food is really authentic and tastes delicious. We picked several appetizers and some main dishes. They also bring the first load of pita bread for free. Afterwards we got some melon and on the second day some Baklava as a dessert, as well as a shot of Mastixa, a Greek liquor. Altogether it really made our trip to Zante complete. Just beware of the mosquitoes, they'll eat you alive :D
Pros: vegan dishes clearly marked , possibility to veganize some dishes, really nice family who run the place
