Finding a restaurant in the countryside of Novara serving a whole vegan menu was such a surprise. The dinner was enjoyable from the starters to the desserts.

An unexpected restaurant in the middle of the country, with a special attention to vegan. They offer menu a la carte and a daily one, both with vegan options. I didn’t try it but they also offer vegan pinsa.

Ottimo posto se vuoi gustarti una pinsa o un ottimo piatto vegetariano/vegano a pochi passi da casa. Personale gentile simpatico e molto alla mano. Le cuoche sono molto brave e i piatti sono ottimi. Consigliata la prenotazione, poiché il locale è molto piccolo. Posto fuori in veranda e al chiuso in sala. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Nice cozy restaurant in the middle of Nowhere - Edit
The vegan menu has really nice options. You can choose between a pinsa (kind of a oval pizza) with many toppings including vegan cheeses and some delicacies like nettle pesto or seasonal veggies, or various dishes. Two appetizers, four pastas and four mains with sides. Trofie with nettle pesto topped with vegan cheese were amazing.

The cake was delicious and moist.
The staff is super nice and very competent about vegan food.
Price was quite reasonable. Really worth a visit!

Great vegan pinsa - Edit
Friendly "trattoria" with good selection of vegan dishes, including "Roman style pizza" (pinsa) with vegan mozzarella and vegan seasoned cheese (Gondino). Great dessert, medieval wine (hippocras) and especially smiling people.
