Serves meat, vegan options available. Portuguese restaurant offering a few vegan items such as vegan paella, salads, spaghetti and more. Open Mon-Sun 11:00-23:00.
Ok, hear me out. It was not didgusting. It was ok. But it was not something I would ever serve anyone, let alone have them pay for. Pasta legumes is frozen vegetabilies with tomatosauce and store bought spaghetti.
Few vegan options that are not clearly label. The food is good but simple. A bit touristic, we were initially told they only accepted cash, which was not true.
I wouldn’t go there on my own but very acceptable to go with non vegan friends.
The few vegan possible dishes are simple and ok, when you are in company with omnivores who want to go there. I had the vegetable paella which was ok but when you want to have Portuguese food made vegan, Lisbon has a variety of restaurant that do an excellent job in that.
I loved the nice and welcoming staff. Our waiter was knowledgeable on which items could be made vegan. Although not a lot, the salad was mentioned (side), vegetable paella and the pasta. I went with the paella as did the others (they got seafood paella). I really enjoyed the paella although I wished it would’ve had that traditional crispy rice bottom. That was all I missed though, as the meal was really tasty.
