Onion bomb! 💚

Been here a few times now and the food is consistently great. I've only had the Hippie Ramen. The broth has a flavor similar to a French onion soup and is honestly one of the best vegan ramen broths I've had. All too often vegan ramen broth will be a bit too thin for my tastes. This is nice and rich. The space is bright and open. They have a huge square table for larger groups. The staff is friendly. There's always plenty of open parking. Plus they are open LATE!
