GREAT Vegan Breakfast - Edit
I can not say enough good things about this restaurant. Owned and operated by one of the community members of the fully vegan community in Dimona (The Village of Peace), this woman knows how to cook up a storm! We sat down and were promptly served with damn near the best coffee I have ever had in my life (also in a cup bigger than I have seen my entire time in Israel). She then cooked all of us a tofu scramble, homemade biscuits and a homemade "sausage" patty of sorts. Also, I can not forget to mention that she also prepared homemade strawberry jam that morning and I can no longer enjoy store bought jam because that was literally the best jam I have ever tasted. Again, if you are in Dimona, you NEED to check this place out.
