Delicious vg afternoon tea - Edit
Very lovely attentive staff. Vegan afternoon tea included roast veggie / avocado + sundried tomato / tomato cucumber onion chutney sandwiches; berry crumble bake; carrot and courgette cake; Viennese whirl mince pies. Also had tea with soy milk and was topped up several times. Overall a really lovely lunch with great vegan options, would definitely return if in the area :)

When we went there they had 3 vegan sweet treats and some vegan options on the lunchitme menu. The also offer vegan afternoon tea if you book 2 days in advance.

The best cafe I found while in the UK - Edit
This cafe is 5 stars. It's amazing. If you're ever around Shrewsbury you should definitely stop by. The cafe is two stories with a larger eating area upstairs, where you can look down on the street below. While the cafe isnt fully vegan, the staff are extremely helpful in pointing out the vegan options and altering dishes to make them vegan. I ordered a sandwich with a side salad and potato chips. It was the best meal I had while I was travelling. The food rivalled the high end, expensive vegan restaurants I tried in London easily.

I have been here several times and every time their service has been friendly and warm, their vegan options delicious and varied and their pricing very reasonable. I highly recommend this place! (I would rate it 5* but as it is not fully vegan/veggie apparently HappyCow won't let me!)

Went here after hearing about vegan options and vegan cake....I will 100% be going back. Had a sausage and carrot with orange dressing toastie and a dark chocolate flapjack which I had to take home I was so full. I regularly use Taste... When visiting Shrewsbury, wether it's for a sit in lunch or take away food and cake. I particularly enjoy the roast veg and hummus baguette.

Vegan cupcakes! - Edit
This place is incredibly veg/vegan friendly, as they make most food to order. And the cakes are amazing! There is always a vegan option, and gluten free options too. Yesterday I had an amazing vegan bakewell cupcake and it was amazing! I would highly recommend Taste to anyone veg or vegan for a good lunch (paninis, soups, jacket potatoes) or just a coffee and a cake (such as a soy vanilla latte and slice of vegan cake!)
