Delicious - Edit
Well labeled vegan options under the vegetarian specialty heading. There are also other vegan/vegetarian options in other categories on the extensive menu.

Great Vegan Options - Edit
This is a wonderful restaurant in a charming downtown. The food was excellent and there was a separate "Vegetarian/Vegan" section of the menu with numerous clearly labeled vegan options.

Excellent Indian food - Edit
We ate here for dinner and about half of the dishes in the vegetarian section of the menu were vegan. We got the bhindi masala and the mushroom mater, the mushroom mater was especially good and we finished all of it, even though the portion was very large! The food is prepared at your requested spice level.

This place is the best restaurant for vegans in Staunton (for reasons listed in previous reviews). This is my go-to date night spot. If you like food with a lot of flavor, I heartily recommend.

Worthy of 5 Stars - Edit
So many vegan options! All are well labeled and the staff are educated on what is and isn't vegan, offered other suggestions as well. I had the Mushroom Mattar with Basmati Rice and Roti bread. I'd eat more if I could! Vegetarian items are listed as such.
Read moreIf I lived in the area it would be a regular visit from us. They ask what amount of spiciness you want and serve accordingly. They gave us an extra roti bread and didn't charge for it, and served the vegan bread separate from the non-vegan bread. They were over multiple times to fill our water and check on us.
Service doesn't get better than this.
Pros: All the vegan options!, Service!, Accommodating to personal tastes

NINE vegan entrees! - Edit
And so many vegetarian friendly appetizers and dishes. Spice is customizable—medium is still fairly tongue-tingling!

Really excellent - Edit
This restaurant has gone to great lengths to increase its vegan options; vegan entrees are all clearly labeled on the menu, and about 8-10 of the items in the extensive vegetarian section are vegan. Food is really tasty and portions are generous. They also have a good selection of reasonably-priced Indian beers, as well as juices and soft drinks for the teetotalers.

Over order and bring home doggie bags if you can, so you can try a variety of dishes.

Vegan Possible - Edit
Although a bit limited, it is possible to eat vegan here. Vegetarian is easier, but I’ve managed to dine here as a vegan with my carnist friends.

Cons: Watch out for dairy if trying to dine vegan.
