Vegan-friendly Indian Cuisine

Tasty Indian food with spice adjusted to individual taste. Owner helpfully highlighted vegan items and said they have many vegan customers. We ordered take-out but saw plenty of indoor seating and noted pleasant ambiance. Wish they had brown rice as well as tofu, but basmati rice was delicious and lots of bean dishes. Would be easier if vegan items starred in menu. Wish we knew about Taste of India before now, and will be back!
