A Pleasant Surprise! - Edit
My sister and I went to Tampa and dropped off her oldest for a concert that evening. We were hungry and had plenty of time to kill. So, I opened up the Happy Cow app (luv it) and pulled up several listings. We found many close by and within our reach but most were closed, or closing for the evening. However, Taste of Eden Bistro looked interesting and was still open and until 9pm. Although bit of a drive (30 min) for us, it was totally worth it! It’s actually a house converted into a restaurant and located within the neighborhood. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. Our Server was the best! My niece (8 yr. old) choose the Shepard’s’ pie and loved it, and finished it all! I had the Avocado Reuben and it was YUM! My sister had the Alfredo Fettuccine and she was very pleased. Definitely check this place out. It’s worth the trip.

Delicious! - Edit
We often are looking for good places to eat on Friday nights and were delighted to find Taste of Eden opened its doors for dinner. We ate there last night and were not disappointed. For starters, my husband (who is a very open-minded, meat-eater) had a cup of Northern bean soup and said it was delicious. I had the Oodles of Noodles soup (similar to chicken noodle) and it had great flavor. His ordered the Eden burger with broccoli cabbage slaw and was impressed (I had to have a bite of the slaw and it was yummy). I ordered the Tacos in Napa Shell which I loved - fresh, healthy, tasty, and filling lettuce wrap-style entree. I rounded my dinner off with the mudslide mousse shooter, a perfectly-sized, creamy dessert. The prices were exceptionally reasonable for the amount of food we were served and our server was personable, helpful in answering questions about menu items, and attentive. A must-try for everyone, including folks who aren't vegetarian or vegan!

good food, but... - Edit
I was so excited to try this new place especially since it seem to get great reviews. I went with my daughter and a friend. We all agreed that the food was fresh, but lacking in flavor. The portions were a bit too small for the price and the service was slow. You can easily drive past it since it is the only business in the area. It looks like a someone's home. The atmosphere was homey and comfortable. I am not sure I will be going back any time soon. Not sure it is worth the 30 minute drive there. I still felt hungry after a $60 tab (for 2 people).

Thank you for visiting Taste of Eden and for taking the time to share your experience. I am very sorry that our food did not meet your expectations. We do use fresh, organic ingredients, which do cause the cost to be higher than conventionally grown foods. Also, our food is freshly made which can cause the time to be a little longer.
