Spring rolls

We tried this place based on the reviews here. It was good.

I got 2 vegan spring rolls, no tofu although you can get them that way. I just don't like tofu.

You can choose your sauce which I got the peanut but it was a little too sweet for my taste. That is just me.

The server was so friendly and explained the vegan menu items.

Pros: Spring rolls , Friendly informed waiter, Quaint restaurant with cushioned seats

Somewhat off I-40 but worth the detour. Veg friendly and extensive options.

Great food, large portions, affordable

Waiter was very friendly! We got the fried tofu and the vegan pad Thai. Waiter assured me no animal products or fish sauce, etc. Menu clearly marked with what was Gluten Free, Vegetarian or Vegan.

The fried tofu was nice and crispy but could have used a hefty seasoning. Tofu flavor itself was bland. Served with a sweet and sour sauce topped with peanuts.

The pad Thai was sensational and very fresh! All veggies fresh and cut by hand, perfectly cooked!!!

Food came out fast & hot. Affordable pricing.

Great addition to FSM restaurant scene!

Pros: Clearly marked menu , Lots of vegan options, Yummy pad Thai

Cons: Tofu lack of flavor and not pressed

Veg-friendly Thai Food

In an area not known for its vegan-friendliness, Tassanee’s is a great find! Not only is the menu vegan-friendly (like many Thai places) but they label each menu item that has a vegan friendly option, and it felt like about half the menu had a vegan option. Plus, my waiter was clearly familiar with what vegan actually meant, and was friendly. I had the Pad See Ew which was about as expected. It wasn’t spectacular, but it wasn’t bad either. It was good, and I felt very sure it was actually vegan which gets an A in my book.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options labeled, Knowledgeable staff

Cons: Food wasn’t special

Great vegan options

Stopped here coming through town and loved all the vegan options! We had the coconut soup, pad Thai, and drunken noodle with extra veggies! The service was great and knew all about the vegan options! Will definitely be back when we come back through!

Pros: Tons of vegan options, Knowledgeable and Friendly staff
